At Kareeo, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

1. From within the App:

   Log in to your account, navigate to Settings, and scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section. Click on "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.

2. By Email Request:

   Send an email to support@kareeo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What Data is Deleted?

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user profile and personal information.
• Your uploaded resumes and career documents.
• Your job tracking history and application logs.
• Any analytics or usage data associated with your unique identifier.

Retention Period

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained in our backups for a limited period (up to 90 days) until those backups are overwritten, but this data is not accessible in our active systems.
