Kareeo starts before you pick a job
Jobscan's core tool compares your resume with one posting. Kareeo's free diagnosis reads the resume on its own first: it parses the file the way an applicant tracking system does, reads it the way a recruiter does, and ranks the fixes by what moves your score. You find out whether the file itself is the problem before you tailor it to anything.
Tailoring stays inside your real experience
Kareeo keeps your history in one work profile and builds every tailored resume from it. It can reorder, reword and choose which bullets lead. It does not add roles, metrics or skills you never entered, and it checks that company names in the output match the ones you worked at.
The gap is split three ways
For each job you add, Kareeo scores core skills, domain experience and role fit separately and lists which requirements your resume covers. A low number tells you what kind of gap it is, not only that one exists.
